What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
ITI’s infotech Network is committed to upholding the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018 and to safeguarding your rights and protecting your privacy.
Your details as provided by yourselves voluntarily are included in the Network Directory and the Network’s e-group (Yahoo group) for the purposes of exchanging information and advice, and your e-mail information (only) is disclosed to third parties in the event of enquiries for translation work suiting your supplier profile.
Neither the ITI, the infotech Network nor its Coordinator receive any inducement or remuneration from any source for including or disclosing your e-mail details to potential clients. It is your right to check your details held by the Network or to have your details amended or removed from this network at any time and you should do so by contacting the Network Coordinator.
Being a small network the Coordinator is also the data processor.
